Refund & Return Policy

At By Samira Studio, each item is custom crafted and made to order specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have established the following guidelines:

1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please ensure you check size guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at agzde18.07@gmail.com. 

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photo(s) showing the issue or damage

Once verified, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund for the affected item

3. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this timeframe, production begins, and the order cannot be canceled or modified
